Shipping

We deliver to all states across Australia via Australia Post Express service – please check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to your area from postcode 7250.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We aim to ship within 2-5 business days of order confirmation.  If you require your order by a particular date, please add a comment at checkout and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays or Public holidays. 

Due to the highly temperature sensitive nature of chocolate, we recommend you select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order personally to avoid the package being left outside in the sun.  We do take extra care in packaging your order in the warmer months to ensure your chocolates make it to you in optimum condition, however we do not take responsibility for any damage incurred due to factors outside of our control such as heat or transport delays.

Returns

Please select carefully and consider your local weather conditions when placing an order – due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been paid for and sent.
